The TestRail Cloud subscription price is based on the number of users marked as active under Administration > Users & Roles. Every month we will automatically bill the correct amount for the maximum number of users marked active during the previous month. Please deactivate users that you do not need before creating a subscription.

Prepay for an annual subscription. Your actual monthly usage fee will be deducted from the prepaid balance. We will send you an invoice which you can pay by credit card, wire transfer, or check. We also accept purchase orders.

Pay monthly with a credit card

You will be billed at the beginning of each month for the previous month's usage. We will email you an order receipt each time that your credit card is charged. It is possible to cancel the subscription at any time.
